Join us for two complimentary experiences celebrating First Nations cultures – from native ingredient tastings and plant giveaways to AN immersive bush tucker pop-up. This NAIDOC Week, Heritage Lanes honours the incredible strength and innovation of First Nations peoples through meaningful connections to Country.

Seed & Sprout: A Gift From Country

Tuesday 8 July from 8am | Level 1 Lobby

Begin your day with a thoughtful connection to Country through native ingredient tastings and cultural learning. Experience the flavours of traditional bush foods while discovering their cultural significance and contemporary applications.

Each participant receives a native plant seedling to take home – your own living connection to the wisdom of Country that you can nurture and grow. This experience celebrates the ongoing relationship between people and plants that has sustained communities for generations.

A delicious and inspiring way to start your morning while connecting taste with tradition and cultivating your own piece of Country.

Bush Tucker Pop-Up

Wednesday 9 July from 12pm | Level 1 Lobby

Step into an immersive world of Indigenous culinary innovation. Our pop-up experience showcases the richness of native Australian ingredients through guided tastings, cultural education, and contemporary applications.

Discover native sauces, preserves, chocolates, teas, and spice mixes while learning about their traditional uses and cultural significance. Sample native flavours and take home products to continue your culinary journey.

An interactive experience that brings native ingredients from the office to your kitchen.
