With You - Celebrating Pride Month

Celebrating courage and connection throughout Pride Month

We're proud to showcase two powerful pieces from Shannon Novak's "WITH YOU" series: "but always heard" and "interlaced, unyielding" - a vibrant celebration of LGBTQIA+ communities that transforms Heritage Lanes into a canvas of bold geometric forms and brilliant colours.

This powerful artwork is part of a broader collaboration between Mirvac and award-winning LGBTQIA+ artist Shannon Novak, with installations appearing across multiple Mirvac sites throughout Melbourne and Brisbane. Each piece embodies the 2025 Pride theme "Rise Up: Pride in Protest," creating spaces for reflection on courage, connection, and resilience.

Working directly with local LGBTQIA+ communities, Novak developed this series to authentically represent their voices and experiences. Heritage Lanes is home to two pivotal moments in this city-wide artistic journey. Each line of Novak's evocative poem is paired with specific Mirvac locations, creating a unified narrative across the city:
